As part of the Soft Skills and Emotional Intelligence course, the session on “Empowering Educators with Necessary Competences “organised by ELA – Erasmus Learning Academy, taught us a lot about managing and leading teamwork, about verbal and non-verbal communication, about ability to motivate, negotiate and resolve conflict situations as well as about public speaking. Apart from the course, which was inspiring, the city of Bologna is worth visiting for its architecture, the ancient university, but also for incorporating diversity and inclusion. We had the opportunity to admire the amazing secular and religious buildings and to explore National Art Gallery and other museums.
