Volunteering for our community. We are passionate environmentalist since our school is located near the Tatra National Park. We study chemistry, conduct experiments in laboratories, and use our findings for research projects that benefit the environment. In June, we hosted an international 3-day Globe Games conference and welcomed children from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This time, we chose to help nature by cleaning our town and river of litter instead of going on an exploration. This way, nature can rest peacefully under a white blanket of snow, of which we have plenty!
