“Usability workshop” in the framework of the Leadership 4 Diversity project : an interactive event with school leaders, dedicated to test and make feedbacks on a learning platform. Leadership For Diversity, aims to support the role of school heads and head teachers in a context of school autonomy and expectations on their results. The project highlights the importance of intercultural communication and equips educators to support the growing diversity of international students, both academically and socio-culturally. It is led by complementary organisations in the field of education and innovation, including the Hanzehogeschool Groningen Stichting (NL) and the European School Heads Association (EU), specialising in higher education and school leadership.
