“We get to know the culture of other countries through gastronomy”.
The 6th-grade students of the school will prepare and present:
1) German Potato Salad—This custom has its roots in the early 18th century. The children bring the ingredients from home and prepare the potato salad in the presence of the other school students. The salad is then distributed to all the children accompanied by the well-known delicious “Brezel.”
2) The 5th-grade students will present French cookies (Biscuits Aux Pepites de Chocolat), which they will bake and offer to all the school’s children with the help of the Parents’ Association.
