ISTITUTO COMPRENSIVO ALIFE, Caserta

By participating in  the #ErasmusDays, we want to share our idea of a school, where subject areas are not delimited by strict boundaries but intersect in interdisciplinary paths that involve all pupils first and foremost emotionally.
In our institute, all learners are protagonists of their own growth path, and their involvement and motivation are fundamental aspects of effective teaching. When they are actively involved in school activities and feel motivated, the learning process becomes more meaningful and stimulating.

The proposed activities for ErasmusDays, have been planned as part of the Erasmus+ project “Learning by the river” scheduled in the s.y. 2024-2025 with foreign partners (France, Spain; Czech Republic). Our pupils will set off to discover the Loire from 13 to 19 October 2024 and meet their friends in person, now only virtual friends. The project stems from the desire to explore the reality that surrounds us, experiencing and transforming it. The focus of the event will be ‘Art as… Nature – sport – music’.

The children will experience how art helps to get to know the world of which we are a part; how art helps to educate the eye to discover ourselves, our body and its movements. Fundamental is the intention to unite a central theme in education and training, such as that of the relationship between man and nature, understood in its many facets (well-being, quality of life, conscious consumption, knowledge of the territory, respect for the environment, conservation of the landscape, etc.).

The morning of 18 October 2024 will be filled with energy with activities dedicated to sport, discovering art and music, but also education and information, to disseminate knowledge and good practices implemented thanks to the “eTwinning” and “Erasmus+” projects, in defence of our blue planet.

It will be a complex, rich and enriching experience, involving the entire secondary school with the participation  of

  • the regional Erasmus+ Ambassador Dr Gabriella Zoschg
  •  local associations
  • of local authorities.

In addition, the outgoing mobility pupils hosted by the Collège Marcel Pagnol di Noyen-sur- Sarthe, will broadcast live from abroad for the EXTRAORDINARY EDITION of the TgALIFE and Daytime information space with news, updates and in-depth analysis in real time of stories of social integration, brotherhood, solidarity, experienced thanks to the ERASMUS+ experience.
