What does my life have to do with Erasmus? Who is Erasmus anyway? What is the European Union? And what is Erasmus+? As a young secondary school under construction with pupils aged 10 to 14 in a modern, urban environment in Hamburg’s HafenCity, we look at the humanist Erasmus, his values, and the values of the Erasmus+ programme, arouse curiosity about the topics of exchange and encounter, and thus set impulses for further school development, especially for the coordination of projects, internships, and trips.
