Erasmus+ “Culinary Passport” Experience: As a provincial directorate we are planning to create a food-tasting event where Erasmus+ participants or local chefs prepare dishes from the countries they visited through the programme. Attendees is going to sample a variety of foods, while participants share stories about the cultural significance of the dishes and their experiences abroad. The event will also include cooking demonstrations or workshops, where people learn how to make simple international dishes. We think that this will engage attendees through one of the most relatable cultural elements—food—and sparks curiosity about international exchange.
