MOVE WITH CENTRAL Autumn 2024 will once again be dedicated to health at CENTRAL. After successfully racking up miles last year, we are facing another challenge. This time, we will follow the route of the CENTRAL Leadership Academy program that took place at the end of August and beginning of September. Twenty-eight students from seven Central European universities visited all five universities in the CENTRAL Network, which provided them with a rich program. We all look forward to evaluating this activity. This year’s route is 1500 kilometers long and connects the capitals of the universities involved in the CENTRAL Network: Warsaw, Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. We invite not only friends of CENTRAL but everyone interested in a personal challenge or simply looking for an opportunity to get moving, to join us on October 1, 2024, for a new virtual route. You can walk, run, or cycle. Every kilometer counts until we reach our goal. We dedicate this event to supporting not only physical but also mental health! Challenge yourself, but focus on listening to what your body needs. ONLINE EVENT: Move with CENTRAL • Participants aim to cover the distance between the five capitals in the shortest time possible. To participate, individuals will need to record their activities in an app where all kilometers will be totaled. • Participants can use the STRAVA app. An online event, “Move with CENTRAL,” will be created through this app. Participants can start recording their activities from October 1. Every kilometer will count. We will announce the best runners, walkers and cyclists!
