The workshop “Building Our Future: The Path to a Successful Career” is designed for Roma students who wish to plan their career paths and build confidence for successful integration into the labor market. Over the course of two school hours, students will work together with peer mentors who voluntarily offer support. They will explore different career opportunities, set personal goals, and plan the steps needed to achieve them. The workshop promotes collaboration, motivation, and fosters a supportive environment for the personal and professional growth of all participants. This workshop will be implemented in Romania and Slovenia with the support of Italian volunteers as part of the Erasmus+ project ASPIRE4R (Achieving Success through Peer-to-peer Inclusive Vocational Education for Roma Students).
