IISS CARLO URBANI PORTO S.ELPIDIO

The initiative involves the exchange of good food and wine and hotel hospitality practices between students and teachers in Tanzania and Italy, with the aim of enhancing environmental and cultural resources through the preservation of the traditions of their respective territories. The project’s action-research aims to promote the sharing of skills in the food and wine field thanks to the creation of workshops of Italian and Swahili dishes, the development of skills and professionalism based on sustainability and, in the long term, the incentive of job placement policies in an international context.
