The event will cover the following parallel activities: 1. Presentations by 9th Graders: Our 9th graders will share their Erasmus experiences with the 8th graders, who are eagerly preparing for their upcoming trips. During these presentations, the 9th graders will explain the objectives of the Erasmus exchange program, the educational outcomes they gained, and offer tips on how to overcome language barriers and navigate cultural differences. They will also discuss how to understand and promote social sustainability through meaningful communications with youth from other countries in Europe. 2. First Meeting with Exchange Partners: The 8th graders will have the opportunity to meet their exchange partners from France for the first time. This initial meeting is an important step in laying the groundwork for future collaboration and building strong partnerships. Besides, they work on writing a self-introduction letter to their French friends and express their sincere wish for the success of Erasmus+ Exchange. 3. Preparation and Project Planning: The Erasmus coordinator will lead a discussion with the 8th graders, focusing on how to prepare effectively for their meaningful trip. The session will also cover strategies for working on interdisciplinary projects with partner schools in other countries, for example, sustainability, ensuring a successful and enriching exchange experience.
