The Erasmus+ project LEAD-WELL invites you to an international online workshop Mastering Self-Awareness and Expectation Management: Keys to Well-being. The main topics in the workshop: Understanding My Triggers and Red Flags Managing My Expectations of Myself and My Work We will identify good practices and exchange ideas on how to help adults maintain and obtain well-being and why that is important.
